The Rural and Francophone Community Immigration Pilots are Canadian immigration programs designed to attract skilled workers to rural and Francophone-minority communities outside of Quebec. These initiatives aim to address labor shortages and promote the long-term vitality of these regions.

OVERVIEW OF THE PILOTS

  • 1. Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP):

    • Objective:Connect skilled foreign workers with employers in rural communities to fill labor gaps.

    • Participating Communities:Includes areas such as Pictou County (NS), North Bay, Sudbury, Timmins, Sault Ste. Marie, Thunder Bay (ON), Steinbach,

    • Altona/Rhineland, Brandon (MB), Moose Jaw (SK), Claresholm (AB), West Kootenay, North Okanagan Shuswap, Peace Liard (BC).

Job Placement Support

Connecting clients with designated employers in participating communities

Document Preparation

Assisting in gathering and preparing necessary documentation for community recommendations and permanent residence applications.
