Rural and Francophone
The Rural and Francophone Community Immigration Pilots are Canadian immigration programs designed to attract skilled workers to rural and Francophone-minority communities outside of Quebec. These initiatives aim to address labor shortages and promote the long-term vitality of these regions.
OVERVIEW OF THE PILOTS
1. Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP):
Objective:Connect skilled foreign workers with employers in rural communities to fill labor gaps.
Participating Communities:Includes areas such as Pictou County (NS), North Bay, Sudbury, Timmins, Sault Ste. Marie, Thunder Bay (ON), Steinbach,
Altona/Rhineland, Brandon (MB), Moose Jaw (SK), Claresholm (AB), West Kootenay, North Okanagan Shuswap, Peace Liard (BC).
Assessing clients' qualifications and advising on the best-fit pilot program.
Connecting clients with designated employers in participating communities
Document Preparation
Assisting in gathering and preparing necessary documentation for community recommendations and permanent residence applications.
